Orders totaling over $100 will require buyer to pay insurance.

If the buyer does not buy insurance, then it is at the buyer's risk of getting lost, stolen, broken, or damaged. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages if there is no insurance. These items are shipped FOB Shipping point meaning as soon as the package is handed over to the post office, they become the buyers property. With that said, it is very rare that a package gets lost or damaged in the mail.
Mistakes
If there is a mistake, I will be happy to correct any problems you have prior to posting your feedback. You will receive a refund ONLY on the pieces that were mistakes. "Mistake" meaning you received the wrong piece or were not given the piece at all. I do try my best to have 100% accuracy, but mistakes do happen.
All used pieces may have some wear, light scratches or scuffs. Heavily marked used pieces should have a comment with the piece, but sometimes I do not see poor conditioned pieces. If you receive a piece that is in poor condition and not accurately noted, I would be more than happy to refund you for the pieces that are in poor condition and were not noted as such.
